Job summary

ASML's EUV Factory in Veldhoven invites applications for a bachelor/master internship focused on applying AI to automate the review of customer requirement documentation. Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Have experience with Python programming.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or AI-powered development tools through projects, coursework, or personal initiatives.
• Analytical, independent, and proactive in driving your work forward.
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with technical documentation.
• Communicate clearly in English and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a proof of concept for AI-supported document review.
• Build Python-based solutions to detect inconsistencies and errors.
