ESA’s Industrial Audit Services Office in Noordwijk is offering an internship focused on leveraging AI to improve audit processes. You will gather stakeholder requirements, research AI tools, and propose implementation plans while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.

As an intern, you will participate in pilot projects, monitor AI performance, and contribute to policy and training material, with reporting to management and stakeholders as a key activity.

Competenze

• Must be a university student enrolled for the entire duration.
• Prefer final or penultimate year of Master’s degree.
• Good knowledge of English or French; knowledge of another ESA language is an asset.
• Knowledge of business economics or audit is an asset.

• Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure AI solutions meet needs.
• Research and evaluate AI tools suited for audit processes.
• Select and propose appropriate AI technology for audits.

• Implement and conduct a pilot project to test AI applications in real audit scenarios.
• Monitor AI model performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Propose policies, procedures, and training materials for the team.
• Generate reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
