Job summary

CodeLift is seeking an intern to shape automation tooling using Claude Code while learning lean methodology and AI-assisted development. You’ll work with the team to build and improve internal tools, create automation scripts, and develop CLI utilities that speed the workflow.

This hybrid Utrecht-based role offers hands-on experience and direct mentorship. You’ll gain practical AI development exposure, contribute to real tools used by the team, and learn lean practices by completing meaningful

Qualifications

• Some programming experience in any language.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and systematic thinking.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Work with the CodeLift team to build and improve internal tools using Claude Code.
• Develop Claude Code skills to extend capabilities for CodeLift workflows.
• Build systems enabling parallel processing of tasks for efficiency.
• Create automation scripts for repetitive tasks in Drupal migrations, data processing, testing, and deployment.
• Develop CLI utilities, code generators, and workflows to speed up the team.
• Refine prompts for CodeLift workflows and document tools and practices.
