Constanter Philanthropy Services in Amsterdam invites applications for a part-time Prompt Engineer and AI Solutions Intern. The role supports the Tech Team in designing, testing, and improving AI prompts, agents, and workflows that help colleagues work more effectively.

You will work with Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code, translating business needs into innovative AI solutions with guidance from the AI Implementation Lead and access to mandatory training and learning resources.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in a relevant field such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in generative AI, prompt engineering, agent building, responsible AI, and practical AI adoption in organisations.
• Experience with tools such as Copilot Studio, Github Copilot or Claude Code.
• Ability to structure information clearly and translate user needs into prompts, agent instructions, examples, workflows, and documentation.
• Familiarity with basic testing, documentation, knowledge management, user research, or process mapping is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Curious, analytical, and practical mindset, with willingness to learn through experimentation.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, international, and purpose-driven environment.
• Availability to work part-time, preferably 3 days per week.

Aufgaben

• Builds, reviews, and tests AI agents using tools such as Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot or Claude Code, based on user needs, workflows, and source materials.
• Designs, tests, and improves prompts for everyday business and knowledge use cases.
• Helps ensure agents comply with the organisation's policies for agent development, including accuracy, privacy, sensitivity, bias, and human review.
• Keeps clear documentation of prompts, agents, and what works well.
