Job summary

Prosus is offering a hands-on AI internship within Group Communications, focused on building media monitoring capabilities, a shared CRM across Ventures and AI initiatives, and a KPI dashboard to track reach, sentiment, and engagement. You will work directly with senior leaders to turn data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes applying AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and strong data skills, with opportunities to learn, iterate, and own projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in communications, data, business, computer science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with data.
• A structured way of working, with the ability to turn messy information into clear systems.
• Clear written English and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set up media monitoring, using AI for tagging, sentiment and summaries.
• Design and build a simple, shared CRM for contacts, partners, media and events.
• Build a KPI dashboard pulling data from monitoring, social and CRM sources.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reporting with clear insights for leadership.
