Zusammenfassung

Rockstart, Copenhagen-based, seeks an Associate to monitor a portfolio of 70+ startups and manage investment and exit processes within a EUR 16m impact fund. You will collaborate with an experienced international team and drive due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio reporting across Agrifood and other domains.

The role demands strong English skills, 3+ years VC-like experience, and a proactive, collaborative approach to work in a fast-paced environment in Denmark.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant experience with demonstrable VC (or related) transactions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter who delivers and gets things done.
• Excellent analytical capabilities.
• Passion for early-stage startups and venture capital.

Aufgaben

• Be the first contact for portfolio startups and represent Rockstart in shareholders meetings.
• Analyze investment rounds from valuation and returns perspectives.
• Collect data for investor reporting and update the startup/portfolio database.
• Conduct business development assessments and manage investor requests.
• Run ongoing and new investment processes, including due diligence, negotiations, and IC presentations.
• Manage and report on the portfolio and engage with portfolio startups.
