Job summary

TrueNorth is seeking a Senior Agentic Quality Engineer in Delft, the Netherlands, offering a hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days onsite and the remainder remote. The role focuses on evolving quality engineering beyond traditional testing through agentic AI and advanced automation.

You will design and own automated test suites across APIs and services, build contract and non-functional testing capabilities, and work with Claude Code for efficient test generation and CI integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Test Engineering / Quality Engineering.
• Strong Agentic AI experience.
• Strong automated, API and integration testing experience.
• Hands-on commercial experience with Claude Code.
• Strong CI/CD knowledge and quality gates.
• Experience testing databases, data integrity and API contracts.
• Ability to write clear acceptance criteria and work autonomously.
• Experience with contract testing, SQL, security-aware testing, search testing or AI tool adoption beneficial.

Agentic Quality Engineer | Delft, Netherlands, Hybrid | €5,250–€6,500/month | Permanent role

We’re working with an established international software organisation that is investing heavily in the next generation of quality engineering and agentic AI.

They’re looking for a Senior Agentic Quality Engineer to join as an individual contributor, helping evolve quality engineering beyond traditional test automation towards intelligent, agent-driven testing.

This isn’t a traditional manual QA or test-script maintenance role. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to build robust automated testing capabilities, introduce agentic approaches to quality, and tackle complex integration, contract and non-functional testing challenges.

What you’ll be doing:
