We are expanding our global network and looking for a Russian/Ukrainian-speaking Affiliate Manager who is hungry to grow, bold enough to lead, and smart enough to scale.

Your Mission

As our Affiliate Manager (RU/UKR), you will be the growth engine connecting world-class affiliates with top-tier offers. You will identify new opportunities, optimize performance, and grow relationships that deliver long-term, measurable results. Your goal: turn good campaigns into record-breakers and your own performance into uncapped earnings.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing with at least 2 years of hands-on work.
• An AM with an interesting portfolio of direct media buyers and teams within these verticals: sweepstakes, igaming, leadgen and nutra.
• A deep understanding of online traffic, conversion funnels, and tracking technology.
• An analytical mindset with a commercial edge: you can read data, close deals, and spot trends before others do.
• Creative, driven, and solution-oriented; you do not wait for opportunities, you create them.
• Fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian; additional languages are a plus.
• Emotionally intelligent, self-motivated, and ready to perform at a high level every day.
