Job summary

Destinus is seeking a Technical Documentation / S1000D Specialist to unify and govern technical publications across aerospace programs. You will develop manuals, maintenance procedures and catalogs, ensuring standards compliance and lifecycle integrity.

You will collaborate with Engineering, ILS and CM teams to refine documentation processes, support audits and improve governance of technical data in a regulated defence context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience developing technical documentation using S1000D.
• Experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and documentation lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of configuration management principles.
• Experience with technical publications in regulated industries.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage technical documentation following S1000D standards.
• Improve the company's technical publications capability.
• Create and maintain operator and maintenance manuals, illustrations catalogs, and other publications.
• Manage documentation updates, revisions and change control throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between engineering data, baselines and documentation.
• Support Common Source Databases and technical authoring environments.
