Zusammenfassung

Airborne Aerospace, a Dutch technology leader in advanced composites, seeks a Quality Controller to ensure our aerospace panels meet the highest standards. You will inspect components, perform FAT, and manage incoming materials with traceable records in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

You will collaborate with engineers, production and procurement, handling audits and maintaining quality across the supply chain. Dutch language skills are a plus and 32 vacation days are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Education: MBO (or equivalent) in a technical field.
• Experience: At least 2 years in quality control, production, or technical development.
• English proficiency required for cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Conduct meticulous quality inspections on aerospace composite panels and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specs.
• Perform visual inspections, measurements and tests to identify deviations or defects.
• Carry out FAT to validate product compliance before shipment.
• Conduct incoming inspections of raw materials and purchased components.
• Calibrate equipment as part of maintenance efforts.
• Monitor and document temperature and humidity in the cleanroom or controlled environments.
• Generate inspection reports and maintain traceability records.
• Collaborate with engineers, production and procurement to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits for regulatory compliance.
