About the Role: As a Composite Specialist, you will independently build and repair precise laminate packages and sandwich constructions. Working with advanced techniques such as prepregs, wet lay-up, and vacuum injection with epoxy resins, you will contribute to the repair of composite and light‑metal components used in business jets, helicopters, commercial, and military aircraft. Components include radomes, flight controls, nacelles, and rotor blades.

Requirements:
- MBO Level 3/4 qualification in Aviation Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in composite repairs, preferably within the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in composite materials and techniques, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work primarily on-site at the repair facilities.
- Strong command of Dutch or English (oral and written).
- A team player with discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Possession of a valid EU or Dutch passport and a driver's license (B).
