Chromalloy in Tilburg is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure aerospace quality processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The role covers audits, supplier quality, investigations, and continual improvement in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

You will manage MOE and quality records, coordinate internal and external audits, drive corrective actions, and support risk assessments and change management while promoting a culture of quality and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in Quality Assurance or regulated industry.
• Experience with internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of QMS and RCCA methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain MOE and quality documentation.
• Plan and support audits with customers, suppliers, and regulators.
• Lead audit follow-up and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support supplier qualification and performance monitoring.
• Provide quality support to operations and resolve issues.
• Lead RCCA activities and root-cause investigations.
• Promote quality culture and continuous improvement.
