Job summary

Destinus is a Netherlands-based company leading in European aerospace technologies and UAV components manufacturing. They seek a Production Planner and Controller to manage master production schedules, material planning, and production monitoring to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

You will collaborate with procurement, engineering, and logistics; prepare performance reports; and support project budgeting with the Finance Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-8 years).
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 F&O preferred).
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
• English & Dutch will be your working language.

Responsibilities

• Master Production Schedule: Analyse sales forecast and customer orders to forecast production schedule and procurements needs aligned with delivery deadlines.
• Material Requirement planning: Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components; manage suppliers and inventory.
• Monitoring Production: Coordinate with Production Team to execute the production schedule and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Coordination with other departments: Collaborate with procurement, engineering, production and logistics for smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on procurement and production performance and variances; maintain organized records.
• Budget and Planning support: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring; support in project plans and schedules with Finance.

• Material Requirement planning{{:}} Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Manage suppliers to ensure materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Monitoring Production{{:}} Coordinate and oversee with Production Team the execution of the production schedule to ensure deadlines are met. Track production progress
• Coordination with other departments{{:}} Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and Production to ensure smooth workflow. Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers
• Reporting and Documentation{{:}} Prepare reports on procurement performance, production performance and any variances from the schedule. Prepare and maintain an organised record of product information, orders and transactions
