Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on assembly experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Able to read and follow production work instructions.
• Comfortable in a warm production environment (25°C+).
• Good eyesight and precision-focused with attention to detail.
• Basic English communication skills (B1+).

Responsibilities

• As an Assembly Technician, you’ll assemble precision composite parts into complete products using detailed work instructions and tools.
• Prepare components, position and fit parts, apply adhesives and fastenings, and perform quality checks.
• Work with Lamination, CNC, Bodyshop and Quality teams to deliver high-quality aerospace products.
• You follow production documentation and strive for the highest quality standards.
