Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a spray booth or coating environment, or a qualification such as an Automotive Paint Technician (Level 2) is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Internal training to become a production employee with possibilities to specialize in laminating, mold making, milling, spraying or bonding.
• Fluent Dutch or English; no vision or respiratory issues due to PPE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare composite parts for coating by sanding, cleaning and masking surfaces.
• Apply coatings and paint systems according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Carry out repair and touch-up work and inspect your own work throughout the process.
• Ensure parts are ready for the next production stage in collaboration with colleagues.
