As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Greet agency visitors.
Set up and maintain agency files (i.e., contacts and funding applications)
Ensure all forms and supplies are kept updated, neat in appearance, and that an adequate supply is always available.
Type agency correspondence, forms, reports, meeting minutes, case notes, thank you notes etc.
Take minutes at various agency meetings.
Administrative Assistant Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Administrative AssistantSchedule: 35 hours per week - Monday through Friday 8AM to 4PM
