Ayvens in the Netherlands is seeking an Accountmanager Binnendienst LCV to join the Corporate LCV team. You will act as the specialist for your client portfolio, advising on content and commerce, and building relationships with a service- and sales-minded approach in a mature market.

Based in Amsterdam, you will work with account managers to service a fleet of 100+ vehicles and 9,500 total vehicles in corporate fleets. The role offers hybrid work, growth opportunities, and LCV-focused training.

Qualifications

• Commercial binnendienstervaring is required.
• Excellent commercial, administrative, communication and negotiating skills.

Accountmanager Binnendienst LCV– Bedrijfswagens Team Corporate LCV Bij Ayvens in Nederland werken ruim 1000 collega’s met veel passie en plezier. Ook bij het team van bedrijfswagen specialisten Corporate LCV. Met ons team beheren wij vanuit ons kantoor te Amsterdam klanten met een wagenpark vanaf 100 auto’s waarvan een belangrijk aandeel uit bedrijfswagens bestaat. Zoals je ongetwijfeld gemerkt hebt, is er veel te doen omtrent bedrijfswagens in combinatie met electrificatie en de opmars van de Zero Emissie zones in veel steden binnen Nederland. In ons Corporate LCV team wij meer dan 100 klanten met zo’n 9.500 voertuigen! Deze klanten bedienen we met een team van 10 collega's. Dat doen we met een service- en sales-gerichte houding in een volwassen en competitieve markt waarin jij het verschil maakt.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Accountmanager Binnendienst LCV ben jij dé specialist voor jouw klantenportefeuille. Jij kent de wereld van bedrijfswagens of wil die tot in detail leren kennen. Adviseert klanten op inhoud én commercie. Signaleert kansen en vertaalt vragen naar concrete oplossingen. Werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers om klanten optimaal te bedienen. Je bouwt aan relaties en maakt het verschil met jouw kennis, betrokkenheid en passie voor het vak.

Wat breng je mee?

MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau 0-4 jaar werkervaring in een commerciële binnendienst-functie Uitstekende commerciële, administratieve, communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden Focus op klant, service en resultaat Kritische houding over bestaande werkwijzen en processen en de ambitie om meer efficiency en klantwaarde te bereiken Inlevingsvermogen, daadkracht, commerciële slagkracht en passie voor het vak commercie Zelfredzaamheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en probleemoplossend vermogen Affiniteit met auto’s en interesse in bedrijfswagens Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
