Job summary

BD in Amsterdam seeks an Account Manager Surgery to combine sales talent with a healthcare passion, engaging with hospital professionals in the Netherlands. You will promote our advanced portfolio for hernia repair and breast surgery, uncover opportunities, and ensure customer success.

The role requires a bachelor-level background, 3–5 years of healthcare commercial experience, fluency in Dutch and good English, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

• Conduct price and contract negotiations and represent at events.
• Report results and activities via Salesforce.
• Provide technical support in the operating room.

Over de functie:

Accountmanager Surgery In deze functie krijg je de kans om jouw commerciële talent te combineren met een passie voor healthcare, terwijl je samenwerkt met toonaangevende professionals in ziekenhuizen in Noord en Oost- Nederland. Je richt je op het promoten van ons geavanceerde portfolio voor herniaherstel en plastische & reconstructieve borstchirurgie, het ontdekken van nieuwe kansen en het waarborgen van klantensucces.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Behaal ambitieuze salesdoelen in jouw regio en draag bij aan onze groei.
• Bouw sterke, duurzame relaties op met chirurgen, verpleegkundigen en inkoopafdelingen.
• Presenteer en demonstreer onze innovatieve producten in ziekenhuizen.
• Ontdek nieuwe verkoopkansen en breid ons klantenbestand uit.
• Voer prijs- en contractonderhandelingen uit en vertegenwoordig ons op nationale en internationale congressen.
• Rapporteer jouw resultaten en activiteiten via Salesforce.
• Bied technische ondersteuning in de OK.

Wat maakt jou succesvol in deze rol?

• Bachelor denk- en werkniveau.
• 3-5 jaar commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur in healthcare (farmaceutica, medische apparatuur).
• Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en goede kennis van Engels.
• Vaardig met Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte mindset.
• Zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht, met een talent voor probleemoplossing.
• Teamspeler die kennis deelt en samenwerkt met collega’s.
• Ervaring met projectmanagement en het introduceren van nieuwe producten.
