Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Dutch-speaking High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our client’s remote sales team. You will conduct video calls with qualified prospects, build rapport, handle objections, and close high-value bathroom remodelling deals.

In this full-time, independent contractor role, you’ll work with international teams, achieve daily and monthly targets, and leverage GoHighLevel, Slack, and Google Meet to manage activities and follow-ups. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ~4–5 video sales calls daily with qualified prospects.
• Manage ~45 qualified shows per month and convert 1–2 deals daily.

• Handle objections and guide prospects to close.
• Communicate with Dutch-speaking customers using culturally appropriate techniques.
• Maintain accurate activity and follow-ups in company systems.
• Work toward revenue targets (reference target ~€400K).

About the Company

Our client operates in the real estate and home improvement industry, specialising in bathroom remodelling. They help homeowners transform their bathrooms through tailored renovation solutions. They are looking for an experienced Dutch-speaking High-Ticket Sales Closer to join their sales team and convert qualified prospects into customers.

Working directly with prospective customers through video sales calls, you'll be responsible for building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing high-value deals. This is an opportunity for a confident sales professional who knows how to create trust, communicate value, and consistently deliver results in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 4–5 video sales calls per day with qualified prospects who have booked and attended their appointments
• Handle a target of approximately 45 qualified showed sales calls per month
• Convert qualified prospects into customers, targeting an average of 1–2 direct sales per day
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers through excellent communication, active listening, and rapport-building techniques
• Use mirroring techniques and an adaptable tone of voice to establish trust and connect with different customer personalities
• Understand customer requirements, present suitable solutions, and communicate the value of bathroom remodelling services
• Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Apply culturally sensitive communication and closing techniques when engaging with Dutch-speaking customers
• Maintain accurate sales activity and follow-ups using the company's systems
• Work towards revenue generation targets, with a reference target of 400K

Requirements

• Fluent in both Dutch and English (essential)
• Proven experience in sales, particularly cold calling and direct sales
• Demonstrable high-ticket sales and closing experience
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, engaging tone of voice
• Strong rapport-building, active listening, and mirroring skills
• Ability to adapt communication and closing techniques to different customer personalities and cultural backgrounds
• Comfortable conducting video sales calls and working towards daily sales and revenue targets
• Reliable, organised, and able to communicate availability consistently
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Slack, and Google Meet

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in real estate or property-related sales
• Experience in construction, home improvement, or bathroom remodelling
• Experience selling high-value renovation or home improvement services
