Job summary

You will join Jobster, an international leader in manufacturing based in Boxmeer, and contribute to high-precision CNC milling for machines worldwide. You will work with a 5-axis CNC milling machine, programming, setting up, and inspecting components for diverse applications.

The role offers opportunities to broaden skills, including potential CNC turning, and to collaborate with a skilled team focused on quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC milling and machining techniques.
• Ability to independently program CNC machines, preferably using Heidenhain controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with 5-axis milling machines is a plus.
• Strong focus on precision and quality, with discipline and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture a variety of machine components using a 5-axis CNC milling machine.
• Independently program, set up and optimise CNC programmes.
• Produce components for both new machines and existing installations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Carry out in-process measurements and final inspections.
• Identify and resolve any deviations.
• Contribute ideas for improving quality and production processes.
• Potentially expand skills to CNC turning in the future.
