Job summary

VistaPrint Manufacturing invites a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in Venlo. You will ensure continuous operation of our high-tech production line, working with a Manager, Supervisor, Maintenance Planner and 19 Technicians in a clean environment.

We value a technical degree (MBO/HBO), experience as a maintenance/breakdown technician, strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, Dutch and English communication, and a willingness to work a 4-shift rotation. German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical degree required (MBO/HBO).
• Experience as a maintenance or breakdown technician.
• Broad knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on the electrical side.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift rotation.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and resolve complex electrical and mechanical malfunctions in modern machinery.
• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
• Accurately maintain technical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with suppliers and the internal team to solve technical challenges.
