Job summary

The technician will perform PMs, assist tool changes, and uphold safety standards. The candidate should have a strong mechanical background, be willing to work overtime and across shifts, and travel briefly for training.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• Willingness to travel for short-term periods (<10%).
• Willingness to work overtime and any production shift.
• Ability to use basic machining tools and powered hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing-related equipment PMs.
• Support Tool changes.
• Adhere to safety requirements.
• Electrical troubleshooting.
• Participate in problem-solving groups, Kaizens, and lean manufacturing activities.
• Participate in maintenance department efforts towards key measures.
• Learn to support processes like thermal forming, adhesive, molding, Isocyanate foam, high-pressure water, and assembly.
