Job summary

Freedom Village seeks a compassionate House Supervisor / Charge Nurse for the 3rd shift, full-time, to provide high-quality nursing care within a warm senior living community in Michigan. As a supervisor, you will oversee direct care staff, coordinate with the Health Services team, and ensure compliance with physician orders and CMS standards.

An LPN or RN license in Michigan is required, with sign-on and retention bonuses highlighted by the employer.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in Michigan.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independence.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and contribute to care plan reassessment.
• Provide daily report to Health Services Director on conditions and needs for supplies.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.
