Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Holland, MI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. Full- and part-time positions are available, with pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour.

You will use the nursing process to assess and coordinate care, perform skilled nursing services per orders, monitor patient status, and document findings to support high-quality home health care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses.
