Job summary

Linkedtalent is seeking a pipe fitter to install and modify steel, stainless steel, Cunifer and duplex pipes on new-build ships and yachts. You will read drawings and isometrics, work independently, and attach pipes in all positions using Mig/Mag welding.

Qualifications

• Education at VMBO level or proven work experience as 1st pipe fitter for new ships/yachts.
• Ability to read drawings and isometrics.
• Welding experience with Mig/Mag on steel, stainless steel, cunifer.

What are you going to do?

In your department you will be involved in the installation/modification of steel – stainless steel – duplex and cunifer pipes.

What will you do as a pipe fitter

• Working independently on the basis of drawings / isometrics
• Steel, stainless steel and cunifer thin/thick-walled pipes to be installed on board new-build ships/yachts
• Attaching in all common positions with Mig/Mag
• Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment.

Eisen

• Communicating in Dutch and/or English
• An education at VMBO level or demonstrable work experience as a 1st pipe fitter for new construction ships/yachts

• Preferably in possession of a valid VCA or VCA-Vol certificate
• You enjoy working together and understand how important this is
