Job summary

ADAMA Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to support the company’s financial operations from Leusden. This outsourced position will handle accounting and controlling activities in line with IFRS and local GAAP, and will report to the local Controlling Manager.

The role focuses on timely financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and internal control processes, collaborating with Corporate, Regional, and local stakeholders across Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in accounting/finance required.
• CPA or equivalent license preferred.
• 3+ years in finance/accounting in multinational environment ideal.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP essential.
• Experience with local tax reporting and filings desirable.
• SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with accurate reporting.
• Perform variance analysis and maintain reconciliations with supporting documentation.
• Assist compliance with local, regional, and global requirements including C-SOX and statutory filings.
• Contribute to preparation of group reporting packages and financial statements.
• Collaborate with global tax, treasury, and other Finance teams on deliverables.
• Support audit processes with internal and external teams.
