As a Manager in our apparel business, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing various aspects of our operations to ensure the continued success and growth of our brand. Reporting directly to upper management, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a dedicated team, implementing effective strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence within the apparel division.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and plans that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
2. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
3. Collaborate with the executive team to define and refine the company’s short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
4. Proficiently read and interpret profit and loss (PNL) statements at a surface level.
5. Responsible for the achievement of operational and financial results - both top (revenue) and bottom (profitability) lines.
6. Closely monitor and analyze the company’s revenue streams including revenue from sales, services, and other sources, with a strong emphasis on identifying trends and patterns.
7. Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across all functional areas, including production, supply chain, research and development, marketing, sales, and customer service.
8. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
9. Develop systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, cost effectiveness, and efficiency.
10. Champion innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization to maintain a competitive edge.
11. Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to develop and execute effective strategies to expand market share and increase sales revenue.
