Job summary
A leading technology firm in Malaysia is seeking a data governance specialist responsible for promoting data governance projects and managing data quality initiatives. Candidates should have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in banking operations or financial data warehousing. Proficiency in SQL is crucial, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position may require travel within Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a relevant major.
- Experience in banking operations and financial data warehousing is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL syntax for data analysis and development.
Responsibilities
- Promote data governance projects and coordinate cross-departmental efforts.
