Job summary

iScore98 Youth Development Centre in Penang is seeking a passionate Youth Development Coach to teach two secondary school subjects, conduct engaging classes, and mentor students in study habits, discipline and confidence. You will support students’ academic and personal growth, communicate progress with parents, and help upgrade teaching materials.

We provide structured development including classroom management training, monthly mentorship, and opportunities to grow with a expanding education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Teach two secondary school subjects and conduct engaging classes.
• Mentor students in study habits, discipline and confidence.
• Support students’ academic and personal growth and communicate progress to parents.
• Improve and upgrade teaching materials.
• Support education outreach events such as Open Day / School Programs.
• Participate in structured development including teaching and classroom management training and monthly mentorship.
