Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage but not compulsory (training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, arrange seating and present the menu.
• Take orders accurately for dine-in, takeaway and delivery (if applicable).
• Key in orders into POS system and ensure the correct items are sent to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages according to SOP, ensuring speed, accuracy and good presentation.
• Handle cashier duties, including billing, receiving payments (cash, e-wallet, card) and issuing receipts.
• Check and tally cash drawer / settlement at the end of shift as required.
• Prepare basic drinks / side dishes (if required by outlet SOP).
• Clear and clean tables promptly, reset table settings and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Refill cutlery, condiments, tissues and other front-of-house supplies.
• Assist in packing takeaway and delivery orders, ensuring correct items and packaging.
• Respond politely to customer questions, feedback and simple complaints; elevate issues to Supervisor / Store Manager when needed.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and personal grooming standards at all times.
• Support other team members and perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor / Store Manager
