Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia seeks a Senior Manager Yield and Stability Excellence to lead a high-volume backend manufacturing team, sustaining and improving yield, stability, scrap management, and cost performance. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Business Divisions to resolve yield challenges and deliver continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Chemistry or related engineering discipline.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in semiconductor industry, especially in process, product, yield, or test engineering.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and presentation skills; ability to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Yield and Stability team to sustain and improve yield, stability, scrap management and cost performance in a high-volume backend environment.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, R&D and Business Divisions to resolve yield-related challenges and enable continuous improvement.
Provide technical leadership and governance of yield management, with end-to-end responsibility from pre-assembly to final test.
Set performance indicators, monitor improvements, and conduct periodic reviews to ensure achievement of objectives.
Analyze yield data, Pareto trends, test failures, and process indicators to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
