The role requires strong communication, HRIS knowledge, and a hands-on approach to delivering transformative HR technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Human Resources or recruiting experience.
• Workday functional experience desired.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/HRIS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases.
• Gather requirements, design, prototype, test and implement solutions.
• Participate in discovery, architecture, configuration, documentation, testing, and reviews.
• Configure the system to customer requirements and expectations.
• Communicate timelines, tasks, risks, and roles to project leads.
