Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a National Contract Logistics IT Specialist (WMS/TMS) to design and configure warehouse and transport management solutions for a range of customers. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to understand operational requirements and prepare information system design documents.

You will train superusers on configuration techniques, manage change requests, and provide go-live support for new implementations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with WMS in contract logistics.
• Understanding of contract logistics and warehousing.
• Experience supporting tenders, solution design, and implementations.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, commercial, customers, IT.

Responsibilities

• Plan and configure WMS/TMS to meet customer requirements.
• Understand and analyze system solutions to meet operational needs.
• Prepare information system design documents to ensure implementability.
• Train superusers on configuration techniques and new/existing functionalities.
• Manage change requests with customers, review new requirements, reconfiguration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Provide consultation and support on new implementations/existing projects.
