Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Logistics internship/contract role to support daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and coordination with internal and external warehouses and customer service teams.

You will gain hands-on experience with SAP-based inventory tracking, shipping documentation, and ongoing stock-take activities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and monitor shipments (inbound and outbound).
• Prepare and process shipping documents ( delivery orders, good returns , custom forms).
• Track inventory levels and update warehouse/ SAP systems.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer service inquiries related to logistics and delivery status.
• Assist in resolving delivery or inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Annual stock take activities
