Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Wiring role based in Bayan Lepas. The wiring team member will be responsible for assembling, routing, and terminating electrical wires and cables according to technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Daily tasks include preparing materials, labeling and organizing wires, performing basic testing for continuity and correct connections, and reporting any defects or issues to supervisors. The role involves working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure wiring work meets safety standards and company quality requirements. Proper housekeeping of the work area and adherence to safety procedures and company policies are expected.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess practical skills in reading and understanding basic electrical diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.


• Candidates should possess skills in handling wiring tools and equipment, such as crimping tools, cutters, strippers, and basic test instruments (e.g., multimeter).


• Candidates should possess skills in manual assembly work, attention to detail, and consistent quality workmanship in wiring and cable management.


• Candidates should possess basic safety awareness related to electrical work, including safe handling of components and adherence to company safety guidelines.
