Job summary

Emergence Innovative Sdn Bhd in Selangor seeks a PW4 Wireman to install and maintain EV charging stations at various sites. You will wire, test, and commission equipment, reading schematics and following safety rules to ensure reliable work.

The role requires on-site duties, physical fitness, and the ability to work OT when needed, with a focus on safe, compliant installations across residential, commercial, and public environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Electrical field/EV charging and holding an Electrical Certificate (PW4).
• Able to read electrical schematic plans and skilled in using hand tools (drilling, hacking, testing meters) is an advantage.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and willing to work on-site (outdoor).
• Possession of a Class D or GDL license is an added advantage.
• Punctual, able to follow instructions, a team player, willing to work OT when required, and prioritizing Safety First.

Responsibilities

• Station Deployment: Mount, wire, and integrate EV charging equipment into property electrical systems across residential, commercial, and public environments.
• Electrical Infrastructure: Lay conduits, pull cables, and connect dedicated panels/breakers according to site specifications.
• Preventive Servicing: Conduct regular inspections, diagnostic testing, and system repairs to resolve hardware/power issues.
• Logs & Compliance: Document all work orders, test results, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Standards & Upskilling: Continuously apply up-to-date electrical codes, EV safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.

About the roleWe're seeking a PW4 Wireman (EV Charger Installation) to join our team at Emergence Innovative Sdn Bhd in Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, ensuring they are set up and functioning efficiently to support the growing demand for eco-friendly transportation.

What you'll be doing

Station Deployment: Mount, wire, and integrate EV charging equipment into property electrical systems across residential, commercial, and public environments.
