Job summary

TRIP GUARD SDN BHD in Johor Bahru seeks an experienced electrical wirer to perform LV, control, and 275kV GIS substation wiring tasks. You will lay, gland, terminate cables, and wire panels per wiring diagrams and schematics.

Applicants should have 3+ years in industrial, substation, or data centre wiring, read diagrams, and hold a CIDB Green Card. HV terminations experience is advantageous. Adherence to safety, PTW and LOTO rules is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years wiring experience on industrial, substation or data centre projects.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and cable schedules.
• CIDB Green Card valid.
• Experience with control cable termination on HV equipment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lay, dress and tag LV power and control cables on trays, trenches and ladders.
• Gland, terminate and ferrule cables to approved wiring diagrams.
• Wire panels, marshalling boxes and secondary circuits of GIS and transformers.
• Install earthing conductors and bonding.
• Record terminations and torque values for QC.
• Follow PTW, LOTO and site safety rules.
