Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Wireman for installation, testing, and repair of low-voltage electrical systems. You will read technical blueprints, lay out conduits, and ensure wiring safety compliance across projects.

Responsibilities include installing panels, interpreting schematics, and performing troubleshooting on 415V systems. You will work with the Chargeman/Senior Electrician and adhere to LOTO protocols in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience.
• Full-time ST Competent Person.
• ST Competency Certificates.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, conduits, trunking, and switches.
• Assemble and install control panels, distribution boards (DB), and lighting fixtures.
• Interpret electrical schematics, single-line drawings, and building layouts.
• Perform routine troubleshooting on Single-Phase and Three-Phase systems (up to 415V).
• Inspect existing wiring systems for wear, hazards, or defects and replace parts safely.
• Assist the Chargeman or Senior Electrician with larger testing and commissioning tasks.
• Adhere strictly to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and safety regulations.
