Job summary

KINETA, based in Malaysia, specializes in EV charger supply and installation. The company seeks a hands-on electrical technician to install wiring, test and troubleshoot systems, and maintain equipment for EV charging solutions.

You will work with the team to satisfy customer requests, review blueprints, and ensure safety protocols are followed while supporting ongoing projects and repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience installing electrical wiring to machines and systems.
• Ability to test, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical wiring systems.
• Maintain and operate mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Supervise subcontractors when required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management and work independently with a good attitude.
• Install electrical wiring to machines and systems.
• Test, inspect and troubleshoot electrical wiring systems.
• Maintain and operate all mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Engage in repair works.
• Supervise the works of subcontractors where required.
• Work with the team to resolve customer requests.
• Communicate effectively at all levels.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
• Review blueprints and schematics of customer buildings.
• Run wiring from control panels to outside power lines.
• Respond to repair or maintenance requests.
• Facilitate Health, Safety & Environmental procedures.

Job description

• Coordinate with management, good working attitude, strong interpersonal and able to work independently.
• Installation of electrical wiring to machine and system.
• To conduct testing and inspection and troubleshoot on the electrical wiring system.
• To maintain and operate all mechanical and electrical equipment.
• To engage in repair works.
• To supervise the works of sub-contractors where required.
• Work with the team to ensure requests from customers are resolved.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realization of the job-purpose.
• Review the blueprints and schematics of the customer's building.
• Run wiring from their control panel to outside power lines.
• Respond to repair or maintenance requests.
• To facilitate in Health, Safety & Environmental procedures.

• To carry out other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
