Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience, preferably in IT Contact Centre delivery.
• Strong knowledge of IT industry and technology.
• Good skills in using MS Office, Visio, and Project Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and plan staffing and capacity to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for real-time performance monitoring.
• Support the achievement of operational Contact Centre KPIs.
