Job summary

ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors in Kulim, Malaysia, seeks an Associate Engineer to maintain Wet Chemistry equipment including Wet Benches, Metal Lift-off systems, and SRD tools, supporting uptime, yield and cost efficiency. You will troubleshoot issues, perform PM, and assist in process transfers, with hands-on expertise in Veeco, Siconnex Spray, and SCREEN Wet Bench tools.

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronics engineering with at least 5 years hands-on experience with

• Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronics engineering required.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience with Wet Benches, Spray tools, and single-wafer chamber systems such as Veeco, Siconnex, and SCREEN.
