Job summary

Ams OSRAM Kulim is seeking a Staff-Senior Staff Equipment Engineer (PVD-Metal-Thin Film) to lead maintenance teams on Evatec Clusterline and Metrology equipment at Kulim, Malaysia. The role focuses on reliability, process efficiency and cost control in a high‑tech fabrication environment.

The successful candidate will drive uptime, throughput and yield improvements, oversee CM/PM plans, and mentor technicians while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a complex toolset including RF/DC

Qualifications

Experience leading maintenance teams on complex deposition and metrology equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead teams for Evatec Clusterline (Sputtering + Pre Clean) and Metrology equipment.
Maintain uptime, cost, throughput and yield.
Manage CM and PM as planned.
Train new and existing maintenance technicians on procedures.
Experience with Evatec equipment or Clusterline 200 II/200 E is advantageous.
