GINTELL (M) SDN BHD invites motivated sales professionals to join our showroom team in Negeri Sembilan. Promote massage chairs and fitness products, deliver outstanding service, and drive sales both in-store and online.

Candidates should have 3+ years in retail sales in health, wellness, or electronics, with a relevant degree. Weekend work and strong communication skills are required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics.
• At least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Positive attitude with ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Malaysian citizenship or valid residency status.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.
• Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.
• Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.
