Job summary

GINTELL (M) SDN BHD is hiring for a Sales Team member to promote massage chairs and fitness products in showrooms, online, and at events. You will deliver excellent customer service, demonstrate products, and drive monthly sales targets with strong product knowledge.

The role requires building lasting customer relationships, handling enquiries, and contributing to brand campaigns. Weekend and public holiday work is expected in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably in health, wellness, fitness or consumer electronics.
• Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibility

Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.

Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.

Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.

Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.

Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).

Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or possess valid residency status.

Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
