GOODNITE SDN. BHD. is hiring a Customer Sales Associate to welcome walk-in customers, answer product questions, and drive sales at our Ipoh showroom.

You will prepare quotations, issue invoices, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate with HQ to support day-to-day showroom operations while delivering excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires friendly, organized individuals who can multitask, communicate effectively, and adapt to rotating shifts,

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and well-organized.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic skills in social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
• Able to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Sales-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work retail hours, including rotational shifts.
• Familiar with Cap Cut and basic AI tools for content creation is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product enquiries.
• Handle sales enquiries and achieve sales targets by closing sales effectively.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Perform daily administrative and clerical duties.
• Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Headquarters (HQ) and support the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
