Job summary

Aurea Wood Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive sales professional to engage customers at the showroom and events, understand wellness needs, and recommend Aurae products with clear explanations of features and pricing.

You will conduct product consultations, follow up on leads, and drive sales targets while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and excellent after-sales service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, wellness, lifestyle or related industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Confident in conducting consultations and explaining products to customers.
• Sales-driven, motivated and target-oriented.
• Professional, friendly and able to build good customer relationships.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and attending events or exhibitions when required.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.
• Experience in wellness, sauna, hospitality or premium lifestyle products is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins and other channels.
• Understand customers’ wellness needs and recommend suitable Aurae products and solutions.
• Explain Aurae wellness rooms, sauna solutions, treatments, features, benefits and pricing clearly to customers.
• Conduct product and wellness consultations professionally at the showroom or other locations.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to support sales conversion.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and customer recommendations when required.
• Maintain accurate customer information, consultation records and sales records.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Coordinate with the sales, installation, technical and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Assist with showroom operations, appointments, events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Identify and develop new customer opportunities, including local business and corporate clients.
• Stay updated on Aurae products, wellness solutions, industry trends and company SOPs.
• Attend training and continuously improve product knowledge, consultation and sales skills.
• Attend to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins and other channels.
