Job summary

Mellow Wellness in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly customer service host to be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming experience. You will greet guests, handle enquiries, manage appointments and assist with payments and daily reports.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin a plus. Basic computer skills and experience with appointment or POS systems are preferred. Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including WhatsApp, Google Sheets or Excel.
• Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available for shift work, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist with enquiries.
• Manage appointments, walk-ins, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Respond promptly to WhatsApp, phone calls and social media enquiries.
• Coordinate therapist schedules and assign customers fairly and efficiently.
• Handle payments, issue receipts and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, package and membership records.
• Promote spa packages, memberships and ongoing promotions.
• Support basic administrative work, data entry and daily reports.
