Job summary

Alpro Pharmacy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Corporate Wellness Coordinator to drive wellness programs and events across Malaysia. You will ensure smooth on-ground operations, high-quality delivery, and strict adherence to SOPs while coordinating with internal teams, vendors and staff to meet program objectives.

The role requires diploma or degree in event management or related field, plus experience in event coordination.

Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Healthcare, or related field.
• Experience in event coordination or operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
• Comfortable with on-ground execution and travel.
• Basic IT and reporting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate wellness events and activities.
• Ensure all events comply with designated SOPs and guidelines.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and on-ground staff.
• Manage event logistics, timelines, and manpower deployment.
• Monitor event flow and participant experience.
• Handle on-site operational issues and elevate when required.
• Ensure proper documentation and post-event reporting.
• Maintain event records and compliance documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of event execution processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior in line with company direction.

Education
