Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced SSHE professional to provide support and advisory services to Well Services teams, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and company SSHE requirements across rig-based and rigless operations.

You will drive HOP, BBS, safety culture, and coach teams in JMS, JSA and PTW processes; conduct site observations and assist in risk assessment and continuous improvement, reporting on SSHE performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of upstream oil and gas experience.
• At least 4 years in well intervention, workover, well servicing, completion, testing and/or P&A operations.
• Experience supporting rig-based and rigless operations.
• Knowledge of offshore SSHE requirements, risk assessment and safe work practices.
• Strong communication, coaching and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SSHE support and advice to Well Services teams on applicable legal, regulatory, company SSHE and operational requirements.

• Conduct worksite observations, inspections and coaching interventions to strengthen hazard identification, risk controls and safe work practices.
• Support Well Supervisors in monitoring SSHE compliance during ongoing operations.
• Prepare SSHE/BBS progress and performance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide practical, on-the-job SSHE coaching and facilitate learning from operational observations and identified gaps.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide SSHE support and advice to Well Services teams on applicable legal, regulatory, company SSHE and operational requirements.
• Support SSHE activities for well intervention, workover, well servicing, completion, well testing and Plug & Abandonment (P&A) operations, covering both rig-based and rigless activities.
• Deliver and support Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) improvement, Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS), Safety Leadership and SSHE culture improvement initiatives at worksites.
• Coach personnel in the preparation and implementation of Job Management System (JMS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements.
• Conduct worksite observations, inspections and coaching interventions to strengthen hazard identification, risk controls and safe work practices.
• Support Well Supervisors and relevant operational personnel in monitoring SSHE compliance during ongoing operations.
• Prepare SSHE/BBS progress and performance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide practical, on-the-job SSHE coaching and facilitate learning from operational observations and identified gaps.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience supporting well intervention, workover, well servicing, completion, well testing and/or Plug & Abandonment (P&A) operations.
• Experience supporting both rig-based and rigless well intervention operations.
• Good knowledge of offshore SSHE requirements, risk assessment, safe work practices and operational safety procedures.
• Strong communication, coaching and coordination skills.
