Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Well Operations SSHE Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to lead safety, health and environment activities for offshore and onshore operations.

You will coordinate SSHE planning, monitor performance, review contractor documentation, and support onboarding at the Miri helibase, ensuring offshore compliance.

The role requires a degree in science or engineering, at least 5 years in Malaysian upstream oil & gas, and strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Malaysian upstream oil & gas industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting drilling, workover and/or well services operations.
• Knowledge of SSHE management systems, inspections and audits.
• Good communication, reporting and coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate SSHE planning, monitoring and implementation of the SSHE Management System.
• Prepare SSHE progress and performance reports for management and stakeholders.
• Review contractor SSHE documentation and provide input to contracts.
• Participate in SSHE inspections and audits at facilities.
• Promote SSHE communication, awareness and incentive programmes.
• Support development and review of worksite SSHE procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation at Miri helibase, including offshore documentation.
